The company was founded in 1995 under the name NESTOR Production & Management Consultants. Since its establishment until today, the company has implemented a significant number of projects, through which it has acquired the expertise to meet the demands arising in the business sector and to provide the necessary solutions.

Since 2000, it operates under the name of NESTOR CONSULTING S.A.

Through continuous communication and collaboration with foreign technology companies and Higher Educational Institutions, NESTOR CONSULTING S.A. has developed expertise in specific areas to provide comprehensive proposals and solutions to its clients.

Member of SESMA and certified in accordance with the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO 37001.

Nestor Consulting S.A. was named under the King of Pylos Nestor, who in Iliad, is the wise old man that – because of his experience – has the ability to give advice to Achaeans and he was the person that everybody respected. Nestor has been coincided with the concept of old wise man and metaphorically, we characterize as Nestor the older member of a group of people or an enterprise as well as every old man equipped with a lot of valuable experiences.

The high level of education as well as continuous training of personell in the fields of the company’s activities, is the key element for the achievement of NESTOR CONSULTING S.A.’s goals and strategy. The company keeps up with the constant changes of the market tendencies and demands and trains its personnel at new methods and innovations.

Methodology

For all projects NESTOR CONSULTING S.A. follows a four stages methodology:

Current situation is analyzed so that the transition to new structures and methods is gentler and the exploitation of the company’s potential is more effective. Furthermore, a work group is created, consisting of NESTOR CONSULTING S.A.’s staff and the company’s personnel.
After analyzing company’s current situation and creating the work group, a plan is made according to which this group will operate regarding time schedules and implementation.
All the necessary actions for the project successful completion are realized and implemented, according to the specifications drafted during the design – development phase. Furthermore, in order to ensure the project’s efficiency and sustainability, NESTOR CONSULTING S.A. provides all necessary training, through which technical knowhow is transferred to the company’s personnel.
In this stage there is control of the proper and effective operation and adaptation made by the company’s staff concerning the new systems and methods that were implemented.
Continuous customer support, after project completion, providing guidance, answers to questions and information about new developments – methods related to the project and other business fields.
